About This Role
We are hiring experienced Software Engineers — Technical Callers who are technically strong, communicate confidently, and perform well in live technical interviews.
This opportunity is designed for engineers who want access to more interview opportunities without spending months searching, applying, and waiting for responses on their own.
We maintain an active pipeline of software engineering opportunities and handle much of the scheduling and coordination. Depending on your technical background, performance, and availability, you may participate in multiple relevant interviews within a relatively short period of time.
Instead of depending on the outcome of a single interview, you'll have additional opportunities to demonstrate your skills. Strong candidates who interview consistently therefore have the potential to reach suitable offers sooner, although no particular interview volume, timeline, or offer is guaranteed.
We also provide interview preparation, technical guidance, AI-assisted resources, and ongoing support throughout the process.
Our goal goes beyond getting an offer. We want engineers who can successfully transition from interviewing into stable, long-term software engineering work and continue delivering strong results.

Responsibilities
- Participate in scheduled software engineering interviews and technical calls.
- Be available for multiple interview opportunities when they match your experience and schedule.
- Prepare efficiently for upcoming technical interviews and different technology stacks.
- Clearly explain software concepts, previous projects, architecture, and engineering decisions.
- Handle technical, behavioral, coding, and system-design discussions confidently.
- Communicate professionally with interviewers and engineering teams.
- Work closely with our team on interview preparation and feedback.
- Transition into software engineering engagements after successful placement.
- Maintain consistent and reliable engineering performance throughout active engagements.
Requirements
- Professional software development or software engineering experience.
- Strong spoken English and live communication skills.
- Confidence participating in technical interviews and video calls.
- Comfortable interviewing regularly when suitable opportunities are available.
- Ability to think quickly and explain technical concepts naturally.
- Strong knowledge of at least one major software engineering stack.
- Ability to discuss APIs, databases, architecture, cloud technologies, integrations, and general software development concepts.
- Comfortable with coding and technical problem-solving discussions.
- Availability during U.S. business hours, particularly Eastern Time.
- Ability to prepare quickly when new interview opportunities become available.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, microphone, and webcam.
- Professional, dependable, and responsive communication.
Engineering Backgrounds
We are primarily looking for experienced engineers in:
- Full-Stack, Backend, or Frontend Development
- JavaScript / TypeScript / React / Node.js
- C# / .NET

- AWS / Azure / Cloud
Experience with every technology is not required. Strong experience in one primary stack, solid engineering fundamentals, and confident technical communication are more important.
